The Jorge Chapa Memorial Library is a lending library collection of more than 1,500 books that have been donated largely by Dr. Belinda De La Rosa, widow of the late Dr. Jorge Chapa, and current and former LLS faculty. The collection spans subject areas in Latina/o Studies, race and ethnic studies, Latin American Studies, and related disciplines and interdisciplines. All books are located in Room 107 in the Latina/Latino Studies Department building at 1207 W Oregon St, Urbana, IL 61801.
